- Processing Time: Orders for our pre-designed products are processed within 2 business days.
- Delivery Time: After processing, items are shipped and typically reach our customers within 7 days.
- Shipping Carriers: We use Canada Post, Purolator & UPS to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.
- Shipping Confirmation: A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched.
Custom Products
- Evaluation Process: Each custom product request is carefully evaluated to meet your specific needs.
- Quote and Timeline: After evaluation, we will provide you with a personalized quote and an estimated delivery time via email.
- Approval: Custom product orders will proceed once you approve the quote and estimated delivery time.
Returns Policy

Return Process
- Time Frame: Items can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
- Return Authorization: Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return. We will guide you through the steps to send the items back.
- Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that custom products are made to order and are not eligible for returns unless defective or damaged.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]. Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- Defective/Damaged Items: We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
- Change of Mind: If you return an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item.
